Also, understand the key business fundamentals and operations of the restaurants
Translate customer needs to design specifications
Manage the development process ensuring timely completion within budget
Test and release equipment that meets customer expectations
Anticipate the impact of equipment programs within the system and develop programs to minimize field issues
In addition, convey McDonald’s expectations for quality, manufacturing, and overall equipment performance to suppliers
Create as well as manage planned actions, key milestones, and travel and project budgets
Balance project workload to maximize progress against key deliverables
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Moreover, communicate, model and uphold corporate direction, policy and regulations with team members and suppliers
