  • Likewise, he/she liaises with Technical Agencies and Implementing Partners to gather high-quality content from operations including beneficiary interviews, photos, videos, etc.
  • Creates a range of information, education, and communication materials for public dissemination.
  • Furthermore, the incumbent ensures proper cataloging of content on a shared drive for easy retrieval.

Qualifications for Media Associate Vacancy at UNOPS in Zimbabwe

  • Completion of Secondary education.
  • Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or other relevant discipline is an asset.
  • Also, 6 years’ experience in online content publishing and copywriting.
  • Likewise, experience in media and public relations.
  • Furthermore, experience in drafting and editing skills in English and Shona is an added advantage;
  • Also, optimizing website content and the use of graphic design software is an advantage.
  • Furthermore, he/she must have fluency in written and oral English.
  • Knowledge of Shona Language is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of another official UNOPS language is an asset.
