• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Medicine, Public Health, development or related field and/or a medical degree with public health and management expertise.
• Additionally, a minimum of seven to ten years of progressively increasing responsibility in delivering adolescent reproductive health and family planning programs.
• Also, the candidate should have five to seven years’ experience working on adolescent reproductive health and family planning programs in Nepal.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects in which youth and gender transformative approaches are a central focus.
• Furthermore, the incumbent should have the ability to develop and apply concepts, strategies and interventions to address adolescent health and development issues, with a strong background in program design, implementation and M&E.
