Duties

  • Handle full-cycle recruiting for different functions building a FIT Pool.
  • Additionally, be the focal point for different functions guiding them through each step of the FIT Pool process to make sure we build rosters of qualified and motivated professionals that contribute to the diversity of the WFP workforce.
  • Also, coordinate the construction of the rosters liaising with all stakeholders working closely with the team and our external partner.
  • Oversee every step of the processes per function ensuring they are delivered on time with high quality.
  • Furthermore, prepare and monitor each stage of the recruitment process of the FIT Pool process per function; from the creation of the vacancy to the interview.
  • Analyze continuously the talent inflow throughout all the stages of the process, especially during the moments when the vacancy is open, evaluating the quality and diversity of applicants.
  • Similarly, propose and implement corrective actions to improve the quality and diversity of applicants.
  • Boost our recruiting pipeline by leveraging different channels, such as social media to publicize the FIT Pool and open job opportunities
  • Also, manage meetings with the functions to explain the process, develop attractive vacancy announcements and define effective sourcing and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

The candidate should meet the given criteria for the Talent Pipeline Consultant Vacancy at WFP in Italy

  • University degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or another relevant field.
  • Additionally, a minimum of three years of postgraduate professional experience in Project Management and Talent Acquisition building pipelines of candidates. Experience working in an international environment, as part of a multicultural and diverse team highly desirable.
  • Similarly, strong analytical skills and knowledge of excel with attention to details
  • Enjoy collaborating effectively with all stakeholders.
  • The candidate should also be highly flexible and able to adapt to each function.
  • Problem-solving skills and love getting things done.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and deploying creative, effective candidate pipeline development methodologies and effective outreach strategies.
  • Likewise, he/she should be flexible with the ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Also, proven organizational skills with high attention to detail.
