  • The Associate will split time between practice-wide and project-specific activities.
  • He/she will support the DIAS practice, and the DIAS practice director, completing a variety of substantive and administrative tasks that are critical to high-quality project management.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will do the following duties

  • Supports Data.FI project staff in a variety of communication, organizational and management tasks; including but not limited to notetaking, management of the task list and action items, and administrative and logistical correspondence with external groups engaged with Data.FI and U.S. Agency for International Development(USAID)
  • Also, Contributes to the development of and supports internal systems for project coordination and management, e.g., Microsoft Teams, OneDrive
  • Additionally, Provides administrative, technical and logistical management support for project staff to carry out workshops, meetings, and training sessions
  • Also, Provides support formatting documents, as needed
  • Furthermore, he/she manages communications consultant agreements, liaising between technical and project delivery staff and the consultants to set up task orders and ensure rapid payment for work completed.
  • Similarly, Works with respect and dignity for all colleagues and contributes to a cooperative team working environment.
  • Understanding of USAID and how USAID programming works.
  • Internship, customer service, or prior experience in any business setting is helpful.
  • Likewise, he/she must have an understanding of project management including organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong note-taking experience

Qualifications

The Candidate must have the following qualifications for the Vacancy for Associate-Project Delivery in the USA

  • Proficiency in international languages.
  • Additionally, the candidate must have proficiency in using project coordination software such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Furthermore, he/she needs a PEPFAR experience.
