  • The Executive Assistant will support the Chief of Strategic Partnerships, Chief Investment Officer and the General Counsel and maintain primary responsibility for logistical and operation support, including but not limited to scheduling, prioritizing multiple organizational demands, management and planning of travel and events, presentation and internal and external communications design, and all associated administration.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will do the following duties

  • Interaction with other executives and departmental leaders
  • Additionally, prioritization and organization to ensure seamless run of the day – to – day schedule
  • Anticipate all essential logistics for meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate details for meetings in advance of occurrence and coordinate with relevant participants
  • Help orient the executive: What is this meeting about? Who will be present? What would they like from the Chiefs? Create and distribute materials to prep, if any.
  • Provide clear, comprehensive travel packs to ensure operational trip objectives
  • Also, prepare and track expense reports in a timely manner following travel or every six weeks.
  • Similarly, Monitor email traffic and inbound physical mail for the executive’s to stay current on relevant matters
  • Furthermore, Receive inbound calls and route calls appropriately.

Qualifications

The candidate must meet the following requirements for the Vacancy for Executive Assistant in the USA at Acumen Fund

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in a professional environment
  • Also, strong project management skills: demonstrated ability to take primary responsibility for the execution of a diverse number of projects in a timely manner with limited supervision
  • Also, the incumbent must show an ability to anticipate needs and identify gaps before they arise, and jump in without being asked
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with culturally diverse staff across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Also, complete discretion with sensitive information, both within the company and externally
  • Proven mastery of tech apps including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Blue Jeans
