Purpose:
The purpose of the position is to provide specialized human resources services to the Emergency Health Response Program (WCO), serving as a focal point for staff and to ensure the highest level of integrity in accordance with WHO regulations, rules and procedures relating to accountability. Also, the incumbent will be deployed to the emergency response department if necessary.
Description:
The WHO Health Emergency Management Programs mission is to assist countries and coordinate international action to prevent, prepare for, detect, respond to and respond to outbreaks and emergencies.
Duties:
- Act as a focal point for planning and tracking the HR dashboard, assist in the creation and classification of gsm position. Ensure compliance with WHO regulations.

- Moreover, prepare contracts for signature, liaise with the GSC and submit applications.
- Similarly, set the agenda and produce the necessary documents to hold staff recruitment meetings.

- Also, on request, assist and fill gaps in emergency response at all levels of the Organization or all emergency categories.
