Duties:
- Plan the overall program, included but not limited to: cross-project interdependency, escalation process, communication channels and methods, program budget, managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Also, define the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program, develop the benefit realization plan and maintain overall focus on benefit realization
- Define and track the key performance indicators for benefit realization and aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program outcome
- Likewise, plan, track, and report on program outputs and outcomes monitoring the program and projects progress with the ISO dedicated tools
- Moreover, manage and utilize resources across projects
- Manage stakeholders’ communication
- Plan and manage timeline, resources, risks and budget throughout the project life
- Also, adapt planning based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
- Produce and maintain the project management plan, and monthly reports for the PMO and the steering committees
Experience:
- University degree or equivalent
- Also, good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology, tools and techniques
- PM training or PM certification is an asset
- Likewise, good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- English fluent or mother-tongue. French is an asset
- Moreover, knowledge in Design Thinking and Agile methodologies is an asset
- Fluent in generic IT tools, such as the MS Office suite
- Additionally, proficient in MS Project and other project management software is an asset
