Your tasks

• Change management in the control and implementation structure of the focus project ‘Future-proof implementation structures’
• Additionally, determination of change needs with suitable methods and support or implementation of the changes in-house in cooperation with various units
• Furthermore, the development of options for changed organizational and implementation structures
• Advising managers and employees in the change process
• Development and use of feedback and reflection instruments as part of change support
• Also, development of workshops and other team-oriented formats
• Furthermore, independent development, coordination, and presentation of presentations for the respective customer

Your profile for Vacancy for Reorganization Consultant 

• Completed university degree in a relevant subject area (preferably in-depth business knowledge) as well as recognized systemic training
• Additionally, in-depth experience in reorganization and restructuring processes in other organizations/companies
• Similarly, several years of professional experience in change management and agile management methods
• Also, proven experience in the design of training, workshops, and moderation
• Distinct team orientation, a high degree of independence, initiative, and commitment
• Strong intercultural competence, especially in the context of organizational development
• Additionally, proficient in German and English; Other language skills such as French or Spanish are an advantage
