Funded UNITE 2030: Hack for the SDGs

UNITE 2030 is a 48-hour virtual hackathon for the Sustainable Development Goals. But it’s also so much more than that. UNITE 2030 is an immersive experience. We don’t just tell you what to do so you can get there. We let you do the legwork. We equip, empower, and inspire you, but it’s up to you to develop the frameworks to create the change that YOU want to see in the world.

The mission for UNITE 2030 is to unite the next generation of worldchangers in order to ignite social change by turning their passion into action. At IDHouse, our beliefs are rooted in the power of collaboration across like-minded individuals to tackle critical international challenges. During UNITE 2030, we unite communities of young worldchangers and friends to form teams, ideate, and begin building new solutions and models to tackling the SDGs.

*Please note that while UNITE 2030 is 95% funded, and require a small payment to ensure that you actually turn up to the event!

Eligibility

  • must be between 18-30 years old by the end date of the programme.
  • must be fluent in English.
  • It’s essential to have Fluency in English
  • have access to a computer (with a working microphone and speakers) for the duration of the event.
  • must have access to strong WiFi.
  • must have a passion for global change and a willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility and collaboration are essential for your success in UNITE 2030. You’ll be meeting others from all over the world. Don’t be afraid to talk to someone you don’t know, take a leadership role, or take risks. It’ll be worth it in the end.
