Brought to you by the Inclusive Action Hub, led by Value for Women and supported by Visa Foundation. They are looking for enterprises in low- or middle-income countries with fewer than 250 employees, actively driving gender inclusion.

Eligibility for Inclusive Action Awards

• Be a medium-to-high-growth organisations (for-profit or non-profit) with fewer han 250 employees.
• Operate at any stage of business development, from start-up to maturity.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating social impact.
• Be formally registered, legally recognised, and in good standing with relevant authorities in your country of operation.
• Show evidence of gender-inclusive practices in your organisation’s policies, activities and operations.
• Maintain a proven record of integrity and ethical business practices.

• Gender-Inclusive Intentionality: Integration of gender inclusion into your organisation’s mission and operations.
• Innovation and Approach: Creativity and effectiveness of your gender inclusion initiatives.
• Results & Impact: Tangible outcomes for women within your organisation and community.
• Sustainability & Scalability: Plans to sustain and expand gender-inclusive practices.
• Storytelling: The clarity and resonance of your gender inclusion journey
