Eligibility Criteria for the Japan MANGA Award 2025:

• Entries must consist of more than 16 pages in total.
• Both published and unpublished  artwork can be submitted.
• Previously awarded work is not eligible for submission.
•  Artwork must be created within the past three years.
• Entries created solely with AI or similar tools will not be accepted.
• If AI is used, indicate the extent of its involvement.
• Submissions should be in printed or PDF format.
• Each applicant may submit only one entry.
• Applicants must not be Japanese nationals.
• Submissions must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• Artwork should be the original creation of the applicant.

Required Documents:

• Valid Passport: Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in the destination country.
• Completed Application Form: Some countries require travelers to fill out an entry or visa application form before arrival.
• MANGA Work Entries: These are essential for participating in the Japan International MANGA Award, showcasing your artistic talent to the judging panel.
