The Tilenga MOOC aims at identifying potential recruits that will join the TotalEnergies EP Uganda training programme. It also helps recruits be mobilized in order to participate in the development of the Tilenga project in Uganda.

Requirements

• Young Ugandans between the ages of 18 and 28 
• Interested in an exciting career in the Tilenga project
• Also, holds the ability to face the challenge of working on a pioneer project.
• Is a strong team player, willing to demonstrate knowledge and level of motivation while working on the Tilenga project in Uganda

Participate in this 10-week MOOC and find out more about the Oil and Gas industry, the Tilenga project and qualify to be a potential candidate to receive additional training at TotalEnergies EP Uganda.
