Key Duties

Within the Human Resources Department, in an international context, assist the Human Resources team in the implementation of HR processes (consulting, administration, support to employees and managers etc.) and in the implementation and monitoring of global HR projects.

Candidates on this Nokia Human Resources Apprenticeship in France will be entrusted with the following tasks

• Support to HR programs (recruitment, training, gpec). Also, support to HR consultants in coaching managers on HR processes.
• Support for internal mobility files as well as support / Administrative management of employees files.
• Development of communication actions and participation in various events with schools.
• Preparation of/participation in various meetings with the IRP (training commission, elections).
• Consolidation of various HR management charts.
