Key Responsibilities

Candidate on this Nokia Server Installation Internship does the following prizes

• Provides technical assistance to support teams to deliver solutions.
• Assists in delivering services that are fully compliant with business agreements.
• Assists with outage management and timely notification of anomalies regarding products and their operational configurations to avoid known issues in the network.
• Analyze technical alerts and propose solutions.
• With his/her tutor, the student participates in periodic technical review meetings with the teams (Technology Forums, ticket review).
• Attend conference calls with internal teams to resolve technical issues.

On the network management system, candidates will

• Support the analysis, definition and neutralization of incidents on the remote network.
• Reproduce the problems encountered by the customer on the platform
• Follow-up on incidents and request investigation results for incidents reported to support levels (R&D, Partners, Suppliers).
