Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Country Officer for Tunisia and Libya to support daily client engagement and operational program delivery.
- Prepare internal and external briefs, reports, budgets, and documentation, including consultant contracts and payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements such as Integrity Due Diligence (IDD), environmental and social risk monitoring (ESG), legal cover memos, and public disclosures.
- Create presentations, reports, and data spreadsheets using information extracted from multiple databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct industry-specific research and data analysis to support presentations and project development.
- Track departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in forecasting and projections.
- Support resource management by drafting Terms of Reference (ToRs) in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Assist in organizing events, missions, seminars, and donor meetings.
- Serve as a key resource for data analysis, research, and operational support across the region.
- Prepare progress reports, briefing materials, and other supporting documents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and analytical judgment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional advisory and investment operations and coordinate with industry teams for portfolio monitoring and reporting.
- Partner with finance, results measurement, and industry teams to compile reports on pipeline activities, commitments, and development performance.
- Provide general support for the coordination and execution of day-to-day operations.

Selection Criteria for Operations Analyst Internship
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field (2+ years’ experience).
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
- Skilled in drafting reports, briefs, and presentations.
- Experience in banking, consulting, or fast-paced environments.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and database proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in French, English, and Arabic.
