Paid Internship is available in L’Oréal office in Poland. L’Oréal aims to bring Beauty to All and it is after some seriously upbeat and talented people to do it together with it. For this internship, you can expect
- 12-month, full time, paid managerial traineeship in one of our departments: Marketing, Sale., Digital, e-Commerce, Controlling, Operation
- After successful evaluation additional 6-month experience in the field commercial team, digital world, e-commerce journey before taking up a position as Junior Manager for respective department
- All trainees are assigned to work at the L’Oréal’s headquarter in Warsaw

Eligibility
- Be students or fresh graduates in any disciplines from various universities
- Have strong analytical skills, business sensitivity and the ability to manage complexity
- Similarly, have business oriented (experience gained through internships, studying abroad, activity in student organizations)
- Be self-motivated, creative as well as entrepreneurial
- Fluent in both: Polish and English
Key Responsibilities
- Taking part in establishing and maintaining relationships with some of our major accounts (ex. Hypermarkets, drugstores, discounters)
- Analyzing profitability and growth within cooperation with a particular client, monitoring performance against the business plan
- Furthermore, monitoring sales, forecasting promotions, and launches
- Analyzing key competitors
