Paid Internship in USA is by Pact and the position will support the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO within the Executive Offices. S/he will support Pact’s Executive Office by updating Pact’s Mosaic central repository (intranet platform) with board materials and other board or Executive Team information in use by Pact’s Board and Executive Team. This is a paid internship with practical experience to complement academic studies and a passion for service.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to support Pact’s Executive Office by:

  • Support data collection for Pact’s  Mosaic repository (intranet platform)
  • Scan and update Pact’s Mosaic site with all missing board minutes, and board materials.
  • Organize, catalog and post documents onto Mosaic
  • Works very closely with Executive Assistant to ensure that assigned duties are executed in a timely manner
  • Hard copy filing of all Board related documents

Requirements:

  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to establish and sustain interpersonal and professional relationships with Pact staff to ensure that information is disseminated in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment and is able to execute assigned duties within tight deadlines while delivering quality products
  • maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience
  • Excellent research skills
  • Other duties as assigned
