As a Project Management Intern for the IT Digital Workplace Experience (DWx) Team, you will support building the foundations of an evolving tea. Basically, this includes: improving the DWx Planning & Operations end-to-end process, creating an end-to-end journey map of the project lifecycle process, conducting interviews with DWx internal stakeholders to understand their sentiment and opportunities around the process, creating a summary report of the identified opportunities, and proposing actions to solve the pain points.

Responsibilities

Candidate on Program Manager Internship at Adobe will have the following role

• Closely partner with a Program Manager during all phases of assigned projects.
• Job shadow members of the PMO team and participate in at least one Community of Practice, Steering Committee, and Project Meeting.
• Schedule and facilitate feedback sessions by interviewing DWx leaders and Initiative owners.
• Compile collected feedback, identify opportunities in the process, and assist with proposing actions.
• Create an analysis report with recommended actions, present the report to the DWx Leadership team.
• Assist with creating the accompanying PM Playbook and template in SharePoint.
• Assist with the creation of the end-to-end Project lifecycle journey map.
