As an intern, candidates will work closely with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to support marketing campaigns and own performance marketing data. 50% of their responsibility will be media planning and executing campaigns across digital advertising platforms (Google Search and Facebook).

Duties

The intern will have the following responsibilities

• Develop, launch and report on A/B and multivariate tests (creative, landing page, incentives, etc)
• Also, build reports for the acquisition team to drive channel optimization and efficiency
• Likewise, own acquisition spend and performance reporting to ensure that KPIs are being met
• Similarly, support end-to end management of marketing campaigns and ad-hoc partnership opportunities
• Learn paid advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google Search, and other paid channels
• Also, monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities to improve performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to share key learnings & accelerate new customer growth
• Furthermore, provide administrative support to the growth marketing team

Qualifications

The candidates must meet the following requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older by January 19th, 2021
• Also, able to commit to the full 6-months term
• Working towards a degree in Marketing or a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics)
• Likewise, proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation)
• Experience with data visualization is a plus
• Also, enjoys diving deep into the data to solve problems and understand the details
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
