Interested applicants are now welcome to apply for the Bonaventura Model United Nations (BonaMUN) 2019.
BonaMUN is one of the best ways to become familiar with international politics as it takes place within the United Nations. The students will represent either one of the Member States or a Non-Member Delegation. (for example UNICEF) also will defend its policy. Through constructive debate, during which they will be confronted with the formal language. Also,  diplomatic rules of conduct of the UN, they will strive for a consensus with the other delegates.  Create substantial also constructive resolutions that contain solutions to today’s world issues.

Mission

They offer pupils with ambition the opportunity to follow a higher secondary education course in a beautiful school building on the edge of the center of Leiden. Also, they focus on students whose test results and primary school advice point to a theoretical aptitude: gymnasium, atheneum, havo or mavo.

Their mission is to motivate students for (further) learning. They allow their students to undergo a broad development. Not only in the various school subjects but also in the cultural and social field. Obtaining a mavo, havo or vwo diploma and being well prepared for further education in wo, hbo or mbo, that is their goal.

Theme

‘Better together; working for the next generation’. Their staff, which exclusively consists of students of the Bonaventura college, is eagerly anticipating the upcoming conference to be held in Leiden on 11th, 12th and 13th of Oktober 2019. Further, They are looking forward to making this year’s conference a great success and providing you and your delegates a podium for debates in an open, constructive and educational setting.
