After nine successful conferences, ZAMUN is inviting you to participate in Žilina Model United Nations 2022 conference organized by students of the Bilingual secondary – grammar school, T. Ružičku 3 Žilina.

This conference aims to educate participants from high school/secondary school about current events, topics in international relations, diplomacy and the United Nations agenda as well as develop basic skills.

What is included in ZAMUN?

Žilina Model United Nations consists of 4 basic parts:

1.  Opening ceremony
2. Committee sessions
3. General assembly session
4. Finally, Closing ceremony

Furthermore, ZAMUN organizes special committees for students who would like to discuss international issues in English, Spanish and French.

Basic information about ZAMUN:

• arrival date (in case of real committees) – 22nd March 2022
• departure day – 25th March 2022 after 15:30 (or 26th March, MEGA schools 27th March)
• basic fee in case of the real committee – 25€ individually
• accommodation – partner hotels (starting 25€/night with breakfast), host families (limited) or individual
• in case of urgent need, ZAMUN can provide a 50€ credit per school in form of the conference fee discount
• full delegation support guaranteed

The MUN conference will have over 90 delegates.
