Applications are open for the 2021 Kuwait Government Scholarships – Fully Funded. The Kuwaiti Scholarships are available to Study Full-time Undergraduate, Masters, and PhD Degree Programs from the Kuwait Universities. The Kuwaiti Government Scholarships by the Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Education are also open for application for the 2022-2023 batch.

The scholarships are open for those who have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and the seats offered by the State of Kuwait to non-Kuwaiti students in implementation of cultural agreements with the State of Kuwait according to aid programs and foreign relations to obtain scientific degrees.
