5 Top-Most Fully Funded Scholarships for International Students Japan: There are several fully-funded scholarships in Japan with courses taught in Japanese language. Nonetheless, a small number of universities offer four-year undergraduate and maybe postgraduate degrees with courses taught entirely in English.
