Coventry University invites application from international students for its flagship Engineer of the Year Scholarship. Coventry University has a track record of delivering high-quality research, academic tuition and entrepreneurial innovation in engineering and related disciplines. The University has recently invested £50million in a flagship home for engineering students, and construction of a similar-sized expansion to the building started in 2018. Further, the university wants to encourage undergraduate as well as postgraduate engineers to build their careers with a Coventry University degree from September 2019.

The prestigious Coventry University Engineer of the Year Scholarship will fund £5,000 of tuition fees for one year at both undergraduate and master’s postgraduate level. The university will award one of these flagship engineering scholarships this year. Moreover, students from a wide variety of courses are eligible. Further, the university strongly encourages engineering applicants showing academic excellence and initiative to take advantage of this incredible opportunity.

Applicants will receive the scholarship award on the basis of merits. However, the university can only consider applications made through the process below.

Coventry University offers its most prestigious Engineer of the Year Scholarship to the most innovative and visionary postgraduate as well as undergraduate students the amount of £5,000 payable towards their tuition fees for one year.

Eligibility

Coventry University can only consider you for this scholarship if you hold a conditional offer for a degree course run by our Faculty of Engineering, Environment, and Computing. You must successfully enroll for undergraduate or postgraduate study for the September 2019 intake at the Coventry campus of Coventry University in order to receive the award.

In addition, you must:

• Be self-funded and paying international tuition fees.
• Also, not be progressing to us through our partnership with Cambridge Education Group or ISC London.

You should be prepared to represent Coventry University as a student advocate alongside your studies. Further, you may be asked to help the International Office by providing promotional information, which may include contributing to a blog, videos, and interviews.

However, you may not combine this award with any other Coventry University scholarship or discount. If you were eligible for two scholarships or discounts, the university will assign you the award that has the greatest benefit to you.
