Dr. Vincent Lo Asia Scholarship is available at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). UNSW is an Australian public research university located in the Sydney suburb of Kensington. Further, the university offers different types of undergraduate degrees which can be taken through bachelor degree, bachelor degree with honors, dual degree and combined degree program. Moreover, to gain entry into UNSW, undergraduate applicants need to have a qualification considered to be equivalent to Year 12 (completion of High School). The university also considers a range of other academic qualifications, referred to as university pathways.

Dr. Vincent Lo Asia Scholarship at UNSW

University of New South Wales provides Dr. Vincent Lo Asia Scholarship to undergraduate students. Moreover, the scholarship amount provides waiver towards the UNSW tuition fee. The scholarship amounts to $5,000 payable towards the tuition fee for the tenure of the bachelors’ coursework.

Who is Eligible for Dr. Vincent Lo Asia Scholarship?

International students are eligible for the Dr. Vincent Lo Asia Scholarship in Australia if they meet the following list of criteria:

  • Must receive an offer of admission and be commencing an eligible undergraduate coursework degree program.
  • Further, must be a Citizen of an overseas country, excluding New Zealand, and not normally reside in Australia.
  • Also, demonstrate an excellent academic background.

How will the University of New South Wales select the students for Scholarships?

The University of New South Wales has several criteria through which it assesses the prospective candidate for its scholarships. Moreover, the acceptance for the scholarship will require each application to undergo the following assessment criteria:

  • Academic Merit
  • Leadership skills (school, workplace or community)
  • Extra-curricular activities (sporting, cultural activities, volunteer/work experience)
  • Aptitude and commitment to studying a degree in the UNSW.

How to apply for Scholarship at the University of New South Wales?

To apply for the Scholarship, a prospective candidate will require to submit an online application form. Moreover, only eligible students may apply for scholarships. Scholarships application are available at the UNSW online portal.

The students must apply for the scholarship before the deadline.

Deadline

The scholarships application for the Scholarship is open until 31 July 2019. However, the University of New South Wales doesn’t entertain applications arriving after the deadline.
