Applications have opened for the Foundation Scholarships in Germany, 2020. Interested candidates can apply for the scholarships now. The Friedrich Naumann Foundation is providing scholarships for Bachelors, Masters degrees in any course available at the chosen University.

Eligibility 

  • Candidates must possess non-German citizenship.
  • Additionally, applicants of Friedrich Naumann Foundation scholarships, 2020 must have an unconditional admission at a German or EU university.
  • Also, applicants must enroll in a full-time course. at a state or state-recognized German or EU university.
  • Also, the academic project of the candidates must be relevant to the research.
  • Furthermore, applicants of Friedrich Naumann Foundation scholarships, 2020 at German universities are required to possess the knowledge of German.

Value of Scholarship

  • The successful applicant of scholarships will receive:
    • Monthly Stipend of EUR 850.
    • Health Insurance.
    • Furthermore non-material support in the form of a variety of projects, events, and initiatives.

Duration

Minimum funding covers two semesters starting with the beginning of the sponsorship. .Additionally, the applicants will receive it initially for one year. If they apply,  the organizers can extend the sponsorship until the completion of the degree.

Established in 1958 by Theodor Heuss, the first president of the Federal Republic of Germany, it promotes individual freedom and liberalism. Additionally, the Foundation follows the ideals of the Protestant theologian, Friedrich Naumann. Furthermore, at the beginning of the last century, Naumann was a leading German liberal thinker and politician.
