Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible

• All International Students outside Japan.
• Also, applicant Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree for Master Degree Program for being eligible for Hokkaido University Scholarship.
• Additionally, they must Hold a Master’s Degree for Doctoral Degree Program.
• Likewise, applicants must be born on or after April 2, 1985.
• Furthermore, English Test Score or English Certificate from University.
