Eligibility for ICT Business Partner

• B.Sc., B.Tech. or HND in Computer Science or other related fields
• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division or Upper Credit
• 24 to 30 years of age
• Minimum of 1-year work experience.

Responsibility

• Firstly, Provide business support, including procedural documentation
• Secondly, Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Thirdly, Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Additionally, Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Also, Interact with clients
• Similarly, Help to set up systems
• Moreover, Troubleshoot system and network problems
