Since 2018, the Jacobs Foundation is offering fully funded Scholarship to candidates with a strong interest in the field of youth and child development and/or education, or in agricultural development in Africa. The foundation avails scholarship at Said Business School, Oxford University. Moreover, Jacobs Foundation scholars have an entrepreneurial vision and show dedication to social issues. Further, they usually have a minimum of three years’ work experience. Also, the Scholars will show a commitment to the goals of the Jacobs Foundation.
The Jacobs Foundation Scholars will become active participants in the Jacobs Network, connecting with other fellows online and offline through events and conferences; and contribute to the advancement of the network as well as the Foundation’s communication channels such as the newsletter or the blog.
Furthermore, the foundation invites the scholars to attend an introductory week called ‘Swiss Week’, in Zurich, Switzerland, prior to the start of their Oxford program. The foundation strongly recommends the candidates to attend the Swiss Week.
The Jacobs Foundation offers two fully funded scholarship to candidates attending Said Business School. The scholarship amounts to £26,500 each while the students also receive benefits from the interaction with the Jacobs Foundation directly.

In order to apply for the Fully Funded Jacobs Foundation Scholarship, a candidate must at first apply for an eligible program at the University of Oxford. The candidates will require to submit an additional scholarship essay in the funding section of your program application form. The essay must be 500 words, answering the question:

The Fully Funded Jacobs Foundation Scholarships will be awarded following Admissions Stage 2. The application deadline for this stage is 1st November 2019.
