Founded in 1990, Victoria University is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large city of Melbourne, Victoria. Victoria University (VU) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.

Eligibility Criteria for Fully Funded Scholarships at Victoria University

Applicants should have a relevant degree equivalent to the 4-year Physics/Engineering (Honours) degree in New Zealand, with 1st class Honours, or an MSc or postgraduate Diploma with high grades. Additionally, the University is seeking a highly motivated person with an excellent academic record, a good understanding of materials science/physics, and able to work well in a team. Also, candidates should satisfy the requirements for admission as a PhD candidate at Victoria University and applicants should ensure that they can satisfy the English language requirements.

Benefits

The successful applicant will receive a stipend of $27,500 per annum for 3 years. Also, payment of all university tuition fees.
