(Fully Funded ) Singapore A STAR Graduate Scholarship 2025
The Singapore A STAR Graduate Scholarship, fully funded and open to all nationalities, welcomes PhD or EngD candidates. International bachelor’s graduates can apply directly. This scholarship supports up to four years of doctoral studies at Singapore’s autonomous universities. Afterward, recipients can seek the A STAR International Fellowship for post-doctoral training, offering a pathway to Singaporean Citizenship—an excellent opportunity for aspiring scholars.
Benefits
Successful applicants will be given the following support* for up to 4 years :
Full tuition fees
Monthly sustenance allowance, inclusive of CPF contribution (where applicable)
Other allowances including

Computer allowance
Conference allowance
Thesis allowance
Support for up to 12 months of overseas attachment
