Applications are now open for the Fully Funded University of Ghana UG-Tullow Scholarship. The University of Ghana Students Financial Aid Office (UG-SFAO) is accepting applications for the award of the 2019/2020 UG-Tullow Tertiary Scholarship Scheme for both undergraduate and graduate students in relevant academic fields who are exceptionally brilliant but with dire financial needs. The University of Ghana, the premier university and the largest university in Ghana was found as the University College of the Gold Coast by Ordinance on August 11, 1948, for the purpose of providing and promoting university education, learning and research.
Further, As a University poised to distinguish itself in the area of research to make an impact at the national and international level, the University has launched a new Strategic Plan.
Moreover, The UG-Tullow award is a full scholarship which covers tuition, stipend/subsistence/health insurance, modest subsidy for equipment (Laptop computer) and accommodation for students pursuing 4 years undergraduate programmes and 1-year master’s programmes (but in exceptional circumstances may also include 2 years M.Phil programmes). Further, The award recipients are to maintain excellent academic standards of at least a B average or 3.0 CGPA in order to be in good standing to keep the Scholarship.
