Walailak University International College announces admission open for the next academic year. Moreover, fully funded Walailak University Scholarship, as well as partially funded scholarships, are available for full-time international undergraduate students for the 2019-22 academic period!

Walailak University International College is a public university located in Tha Sala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Thailand. Although state-funded, Walailak University is given a high level of autonomy, unusual among Thai public universities. Moreover, it aims to provide scholarship services in higher education in light of increasing educational opportunities. Also, it encourages students to develop into various occupations to serve society and the nation. When students step into the university system education is very different from secondary education. The capital factor is, therefore, necessary to support studying until graduation. Especially students who have the potential to study but lack funds.

Moreover, the partially funded as well as fully funded Walailak University Scholarship for international students covers the following programs:

• Digital Innovation Engineering (B.Eng.),
• Logistic Analytics and Supply Chain Management (B.B.A),
• Law and Legal Applications (LL.B.),
• Accounting (B.B.A.)

Benefits

The successful applicant will receive up to US$ 14,000-35,000 (for the entire academic period), depending on the study program. The fully funded Walailak University scholarship will cover

• Tuition fees
• Laboratory Fees
• Library fees,
• Computer center fees
• Various sport center fees
• On-campus transportation fees
• And accident insurance fees (the list is exhaustive).

However, the fee doesn’t cover the scholar’s meals.

Eligibility

Nationals of all countries and territories in the world.  Further, all applicants who meet the scholarship requirements are eligible for the scholarship.

The Selection Committee retains the right to decide whether to award a Full or Partial Tuition Fee Waiver Scholarship to qualified applicants. Once made, the decisions are final and unappealable. Applicants who fail to meet the scholarship requirements may still be considered for admissions for the next academic year.

Moreover, you are eligible if you have

• A high school diploma from a G12 high school program or equivalent,
• A high school GPA of at least 2.75 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent,
• Workable knowledge of the English language,
• A valid passport or ID card (for Thai nationals).

However, it is preferable if the applicants to the Digital Innovation Engineering study program have:

• To have a high school GPA in Mathematics and Physics of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
