Entrepreneurial professionals who want to have a direct impact in helping solve some of the biggest challenges facing urban communities can now apply to be a part of the Fall 2019 cohort of FUSE Executive Fellowship program.
The selective program partners accomplished professionals with local government agencies as Executive Fellows for a 12-month period. Leveraging their private-sector skills and expertise to lead strategic projects, FUSE Fellows help build innovative and sustainable approaches to a range of crucial social and civic issues. This includes health, education, economic development, affordable housing, justice and unity, and more.
A FUSE Fellowship is a chance to impact the lives of millions of people with your work. Also, the fellowship represents a tremendous opportunity for growth and professional development. Throughout their fellowship year, FUSE Fellows take part in learning opportunities that draw on the practices of leading for-profit, public and social-sector organizations, including; McKinsey & Company, Stanford Institute of Design (d.school), and the Harvard Kennedy School. They also have access to a dedicated Executive Coach. As well as, the fellows will receive support from a senior leader within the local government agency and from the FUSE community of staff, alumni, and advisors.
The Fuse Executive Fellowship represents the opportunity to work full-time for 12 months as an independent contractor of FUSE Corps with an annual stipend of $90,000 paid by monthly installment.
