The State University of New York College at Geneseo, is a public liberal arts college in Geneseo, New York. It is part of the State University of New York system. The college was founded in 1871 as the Wadsworth Normal and Training School before it became a state liberal arts college in 1948.


Established in 1871, SUNY Geneseo is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the rural setting of the medium-sized town of Geneseo, New York.
