Jakes Gerwel Fellowship is named to honor the high-impact legacy of Professor Jakes Gerwel, a teacher and educational leader who was one of President Mandela’s closest confidants.

1-31 August 2022: Telephonic Interviews
1-3 October 2022: Selection camp
30 November 2022: Fellowship Awarded
December 2022 and January 2022: Onboarding
