Eligibility Criteria for the MENA Scholarship Programme 2025:
- Must be a citizen and resident of a participating MENA country listed in the MSP country list.
- Must be living and working in the country of citizenship at the time of application.
- Employer’s statement must follow the Nuffic format provided.
- Must have an official passport valid for at least 3 months after submission.
- A government statement is required, if applicable, based on the employer’s country.
- Must be 45 years or younger at the time of grant submission.
- Cannot have received more than one MSP scholarship for courses occurring simultaneously.

The application deadline to apply in the Netherlands is 20 May 2025.
