Details

Royal Holloway, University of London invites application for the Quantum Material Fellowship. Further, the fellowship is available to recent graduates as well as students who have completed their MSc degree. The PhD student will work along with the Nano-Electronics Group within Electronic Engineering. The department has a purposely-designed brand-new Science Building situated on the beautiful Egham campus close to London.

Royal Holloway is a new national center for nanofabrication. Further, it has a strong infrastructure in quantum material research. Also, recent grants have funded a brand new clean room, home to the high-resolution imaging e-beam lithography system.  It also benefits from the geographical proximity to the National Physics Laboratory, and the national synchrotron and neutron scattering facilities, where the students will take relevant training and perform experiments.
