Scholarship Description:

The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) does not charge tuition fees for all international students who wish to undertake the 2-year International master’s program which are taught entirely in English.

Degree Level:

Tuition-free International Masters Programs at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology is available to undertake Postgraduate level programs at Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Eligible Nationalities:

Students from all nationalities are eligible to apply.

Scholarship Benefits:

  • There are no tuition fees at NTNU.
  • Likewise, but students need to cover their own living expenses.
  • Furthermore, all international students who are not citizens of EU/EEA/EFTA countries must have enough funding to live in Norway in order to be granted a student visa.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants to the tuition-free Masters degree programs in English must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a grade point average of at least C. Similarly, see the study program of your choice for specific academic requirements on the official website. Also, the Bachelors degree must have been completed by the start of the semester at NTNU in August.

You must have a good command of English at an academic level and you may need to provide TOEFL/IELTS test scores. Also, see the official website for NTNU’s English requirements. Moreover, this means that tests taken before 1 December 2 years prior to your application will not be accepted. Likewise, the only exception is the Cambridge test, which is valid for life.

Application Procedure:

The course admissions deadline for Non-EU / non-EEA students is 1 December 2020 for Aug 2021 start.
