Value of Scholarship

• The scholarship will pay a living stipend scholarship worth AUD 28,092 per annum (2020 rate), indexed annually.

Furthermore, the Ph.D. candidate will work on designing and developing machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) frameworks in conjunction with robotic system implementations, as part of microwave image-based inspection of different material infrastructure in the civil and marine industry. Additionally, the applicant will be applying and testing different ML/AI concepts in order to optimize the quality and performance of infrastructure defect detection and image-based delineation of the same.
