Applications have opened for the Scholarships in Canada at the University of New Brunswick. Interested candidates can apply for the scholarship until 1st March 2020. The name of the scholarship is the University of New Brunswick’s JDI NB Scholarship 2020. The University is offering scholarships for Bachelors students in the field of Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Forestry.

Eligibility

The candidates should meet the following criteria for the Scholarships in Canada at the University of New Brunswick

  • The University awards 2 scholarships.
  • The applicants of the JDI NB Scholarship should be New Brunswick residents.
  • Additionally, they should have applied for an Undergraduate course and should have received an admit from the University.

Selection Criteria

The University selects the candidates on the following basis

  • The applicants of the JDI NB Scholarship are selected based on their merit, academic excellence, self-motivation, contribution to community/extra-curricular activities. It also takes financial need into consideration.
  • Similarly, the representatives of J.D. Irving Limited will interview the shortlisted candidates.
  • Additionally, the students may also have the privilege of getting employment opportunities with J.D. Irving Limited.
