Collateral includes either: Immovable property – a house or a flat or land (or) liquid security – an FD, or LIC or shares or bonds. Agricultural lands are not by any bank for education loan.

Benefit

• The value of the scholarship is ¥80,000 / month for one year from April 2020.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be an international student
• Applicants must have a “College Student Visa.”
• Also, applicants must be enrolled for a bachelor’s or Master’s degree at the University commencing in April 2020.
• Applicants must not be in receipt of any other scholarship
• Further, applicants must know basic Japanese to have an interview in Japanese.
• If selected, the applicant must attend the ceremony of the presentation in late March or early April 2020.
