The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the institution of the central public administration which implements the foreign policy of Romania, in accordance with the legislation in force and with the Government’s Program. For that purpose, the Ministry works closely with other government institutions, with representatives of the civil society, the business community, the cultural and academic institutions. Foreign policy activities outside the country are conducted through the network of diplomatic missions of Romania.

• With no special criteria, Foreign citizens who come from countries that are not members of the European Union, for bachelor, master, and doctorate.

Requirements for Application

Authorized translations of the respective documents in English, French or Romanian language:

• Firstly, a Photocopy of the certificate of studies
• Secondly, a Copy of the birth certificate
• Thirdly, Academic Transcripts
• Curriculum vitae
• Lastly, Copy of the first 3 pages of the passport

To apply, send the previously mentioned documents through the diplomatic missions of Romania before 30 April 2022.
