Eligibility Required for Scholarships at HAN University
Have you made outstanding achievements in your education and personal development? Are you a national of a country outside the EU/EEA? Are you not from an EU country or Norway, Lichtenstein, Iceland or Switzerland? Then you’re a good candidate for one of the HAN scholarships below.
To be eligible you must satisfy the following criteria:
- Firstly, Applicants must be nationals of a country outside the EU/EEA
- Secondly, You have not previously been enrolled in a degree at a university or university of applied sciences in the Netherlands
- Thirdly, Applicants must have been accepted into a full-time English-taught degree program at HAN
- Lastly, You have an IELTS score of at least 6.5, a TOEFL iBT score of at least 90, or a Cambridge Certificate (CAE or CPE)
Orange Tulip Scholarship
- The scholarship is reserved for applicants from Brazil, China, Indonesia, Russia, India, South Korea, Mexico, and Vietnam
HAN Holland Scholarship
- This scholarship is for Students from another non-EU/EEA country
Honors Scholarship
- This scholarship is dedicated to non-EU/EEA students who didn’t get a scholarship in the 1st year
Application Details of Scholarships at HAN University
To apply for the scholarship, you are advised to follow the following procedure.
- Firstly, Complete your enrollment in a bachelor or master degree by April 1 to start your course in September 2022
- Furthermore, Prepare your application including by preparing the following items:
- A motivation letter explaining why you’ll be a successful HAN student
- You should make a short video of yourself with a Maximum of 3 minutes answering the following topics
- You should describe yourself and the things you excel in
- Explain what would your former teachers or your friends tell us about you?
- Talk about your chosen course of study at HAN
- Imagine you’re working in a team. Based on your personality and/or experience, what role would you have and why?
What are your career ambitions? What and where do you think you’ll be 10 years from now (professionally speaking)?
