CEMML is a research, education and service unit within the Warner College of Natural Resources at Colorado State University (CSU). CEMML applies the latest and most appropriate science to promote the sustainable management of natural and cultural resources on Department of Defense (DoD) and other public lands. Position would lead field crews for CEMML Fort McCoy Invasive Species, Wildlife and Threatened and Endangered Species projects. A high percentage of this position would be conducting invasive species treatments using precise treatment and survey methods. Also, treatment methods include mechanical removal and specialized herbicide applications. Likewise, position would also work independently at times or be part of a group. Furthermore, position would assist in the training of field crew members on invasive species treatment and survey methods, collect data and have strong plant species identification skills. Position would execute invasive species treatments, surveys and data collection.
