Minimum Qualification:

Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology or Master’s Degree in a closely related field plus 18 graduate credit hours in psychology.

Experience: Two years experience teaching psychology in a community college, college or university setting.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong background teaching psychology
• Also, administrative
• Likewise, organizational skills
• Additionally, demonstrated team working
• Moreover, collaborative teaching experience

Preferred Qualification:

Education: Doctorate in Psychology preferred.

Experience:

• Three or more years teaching experience
• Also, prior community college teaching experience
• Likewise, experience as Psi Beta (honor society) advisor
• Research and/or previous instruction in research methodology
• Also, experience teaching in multi-cultural settings and/or with underrepresented/underserved students
• Moreover, curriculum/program development
• Additionally, advising
• Clinical background

Skills:

• Multilingual appreciated but not required
