Purpose:

The Fellowship Program Coordinator will support all aspects of a labor intensive Fellowship Program. Moreover, will work closely with the Divisional Directors and the ACGME committee to maintain the program ACGME accreditation status. However, will liaise between the incoming fellows, central credentialing and the registrar’s office. Also, works closely with the Principal Investigators of the T32 grant that supports a four-fellow three-year program at all time. Similarly, responsible for maintaining a central database of current status of all graduate fellows from the SOM Pediatric Fellowship Program as part of the annual T32 grant progress reporting and 5-year renewal process. Furthermore, will work with the Pediatric Residency Program to prepare monthly inpatient schedule and training sessions.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will have the following responsibilities for the Vacancy for Program Coordinator in the USA:

  • Process program update through ACGME/ADS WebDAV.
  • Also, plan, prepare and collect data for committee meetings.
  • Additionally, process, maintain and create evaluations through New Innovations.
  • Likewise, liaison to fellows and director. Follow current policies and ensuring compliance
  • Moreover, liaison to fellows and Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital Process program letter of agreements. Prepare for and attend continuity clinic to navigate fellows.
  • Moreover, maintain National Residency Match Program website.
  • Furthermore, process fellowship candidate applications through The Match Program
  • Similarly, create fellowship candidate itineraries.
  • Moreover, process orientation schedule for first year fellows.
  • Additionally, 3-hour back up on phone daily
  • Furthermore, EPIC super user back-up
  • Moreover, back-up for inpatient patient and clinic scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Five (5) years related administrative experience preferably with a fellowship program.

  • Likewise, excellent communication skills
