Summary:

The Partnerships and Engagement Manager will identify and prioritize HAI’s constituents and their needs and will work with partner organizations across campus and beyond, overseeing collaborations with faculty, fellows, researchers, and staff to create awareness and consideration for engaging with HAI. The Partnerships and Engagement Program Manager will also have a leadership role in creating and supporting programs to deliver value to the HAI corporate and foundation members, contributing to new business development and relationship management activities related to corporate and foundation fundraising, while creating new content and programs that support HAI’s mission of advancing AI research, education, policy, and practice.

Job Purpose:

Develop, execute, and oversee a proactive strategy coupled with appropriate programs, aimed at building awareness, consideration and engagement while elevating the Institute’s national and international reputation as a global center of excellence and partner of choice. Collaborate with all stakeholders internal to the university as well as partners and external audiences to understand and prioritize the needs and requirements of key constituencies.

Direct complex programs or functions in consultation with senior leadership.

 DUTIES:

  • Lead strategic planning and analysis for complex functions or programs with significant business.
  • Moreover, measure the plan’s impact on and contribution to, HAI’s brand, reach and reputation. Cooperate closely with key faculty, researchers, external parties and program creators to deliver valuable programs for HAI partners and communities.
  • Also, create, manage and modify a portfolio of products and programs over time to deliver the most positive impact for different facets of HAI efforts.
  • Likewise, represent the program or function at the university level and/or to external/internal stakeholders and constituencies.
  • Similarly, identify and prioritize HAI’s Constituents and their needs by delivering impactful programs that culminate in a memorable and durable HAI presence. Lead, manage, and expand HAI’s engagement with these communities.
  • Moreover, develop and manage outreach strategy that includes relationship development, communications, and compliance.
