New Jersey’s academic health center, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) takes an integrated approach to educating students, providing clinical care. Posting Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a part time Program Coordinator for the department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the Rutgers, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Working with the Program Administrator, the Program Coordinator provides direct support for the Project Echo. Primary person for coordinating all meetings and project activities. Assists in the oversight of program costs and processes invoices accordingly.

Duties:

The incumbent must meet the following duties for Vacancy for Program Coordinator in the USA:

  • Assists Program Administrator and Executive Director with managing and overseeing day-to-day issues regarding project office and ECHO clinics.
  • Moreover, develops and maintains all project files for reporting to UNM and Nicholson Foundation.
  • Additionally, coordinates all clinical and other meetings.
  • Likewise, coordinates all meetings and secures the appropriate conference rooms. Records meeting minutes. Makes all necessary copies for distribution. Arranges meetings and site visits (including itineraries, travel arrangements, etc.). Creates presentations, as required. Arranges for AV equipment and/or call-in capabilities.
  • Also, acts as the project leader for assigned projects.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, plus three (3) years of progressively more responsible administrative experience.
  • Also, equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
